The company enforces a "zero-defect" philosophy via APQP design validation, strict manufacturing tolerances, and 8D continuous improvement for extreme-condition reliability. Suppliers must pass rigorous audits (credentials, site, samples), implement full traceability, respond to quality issues within 24 hours, and undergo biannual performance reviews (quality/delivery/cost), with multi-supplier strategies mitigating risks.
